Hi, I'm Doreen!
The heart of CritterSitter Long Beach. I grew up fostering cats and dogs and learned early how rewarding pet care can be. Today I care for all kinds of animals including cats dogs reptiles birds and even exotics.
I am Animal CPR certified experienced with medications and happy to tailor care to your pet’s needs. Walks cuddles photo updates and overnight stays are all part of the service.
Our Story
Critter Sitter began from my lifelong love of animals and a desire to help pet parents feel at ease. After more than 10 years caring for pets of every size and temperament I am here to make life easier for you and happier for them.
What We Offer
From belly rubs to beak scratches — we’ve got it covered.
Walks
Perfect for pups who need exercise, potty breaks, or just some mid-day attention. Walks are always on-leash for safety, and we can go at your dog’s pace — whether that’s a stroll or a jog.
Check-Ins
Quick drop-ins to feed, refresh water, let pets outside, or just give them some playtime and companionship.
Great for cats, reptiles, birds, and low-maintenance pets.
House Sitting
Going out of town? We’ll keep your pets comfortable in their own home while also giving your house some extra love. Overnight stays include evening and morning walks, feeding, and lots of snuggles.
Special Needs
From administering medications to accommodating mobility issues, we make sure pets with extra needs feel comfortable and cared for.
